two years ago when I took care of my brothers dogs for the Christmas Holiday I gave the agency book keeper a wrong account number for my payroll check for deposit on January 1st - it had a wrong number and this was before "overdraft protection or won't pay if there's no funds in the account" measures had been taken by me. Soooo ... my mortgage payment and any/all expenditures I used my debit card for on my trip home were paid and promptly amassing mega charges at my bank. Luckily, they wrote off $160. of the $240. fees when I showed them what had happened (it was a "one time" deal because I had never OD'd before) - but still an expensive lesson none the less - plus all the stress was horrible. I'm sorry you're going through it - it sucks I know.
