much of what I tell you is at the very core what happened or is happening - the fasle part tends to be the percieved helpessness - that is what is good to use because most people care and are willing to try to help and there is some genius that comes out of there.
And everything I post requires a lot of forethought - i tend to overthink if anything. OCD is my fun partner in life
