If not, probably not a McCourt situation. I'm glad for his existance, mainly because if not for McCourt, the Wilpons would likely be the most embarrassing MLB owner.

PS- did you see that the minority share sale of the Mets to David Einhorn has fallen through. :(

- Indeed. Lots of hubbub because the offer is financed by the Chinese gov't. There's also some questioning of the legitimacy of the offer. - musubi Sep 2, 10:47
