Been experimenting with remoulades since seeing one on Chopped awhile back. Actually...


...I mostly just realized my 'homemade ranch' sauce I've been making for years is really a remoulade.

Mayo, mustard, garlic powder, parmesean, dill, tabasco sauce, and red wine vinegar. Good for what ails ya.
