Right now they don't look very solid but I don't think they're done making moves.

The reports I hear are that the Yanks are looking to deal Nady or Swisher and possibly Melky.
If the Yanks don't make any changes in the OF they're not going to be much better than a 3rd place team considering how tough the AL East is going to be this year.
