I find that most women's clothing manufacturers offer tall options (even if only online). I used to have a bear of a time finding clothes that fit me

AA tshirts are the perfect fit for me (I am more torso than legs) and Old Navy usually has OK stuff as well. I have, like casual coats (MEC, and such)

I'm so lucky that I have normal people or even short legs. it's just the tops that are at issue for me.
