the nook is a failure. the current Kindle is a threat to the nook, nothing else ever was.
a Kindle Tablet, running android (amazon has it own app store) that functions clearly would be a threat to the ipad.
if its just a Kindle with color and limited aps, then its another nook, i.e. a failed item.
