it's been a *long,* tear-filled night (someone thought it'd be a grand idea to wake up an eight-year-old at 4 a.m. to bring her home, not realizing that said eight-year-old would *terrorize* the person charged with watching her in the evening) so I might well stop at p's for shots on my way home. no, I'm serious. I have a one-tantrum per shift policy and that was *way* breached tonight.
