So here's canning question número uno, Trish. We have access to free apples galore and want to do apple pie filling. There is

Conflicting information about whether one can can items with flour in them. Can it be done, one, and if no, can one can the filling without the flour and add to it before baking?

Obvs it can be done commercially. We are home canning, which is different.
