Back in the late 80s when I worked for the flying school we used to talk about this. The school had trained a number of Jordanian nationals paid for by the Jordanian government. They were supposedly going on to fly for their national airline.

I remember discussing how these students - training around the country - could easily coordinate a nationwide bombing attack.
