a guy doesn't start off that strong, and then end up so mediocre in that talent situation.
Unless he pulls the rare "I can coach other guy's players, but once I get my own strong talent, I'm dumb." manuever.

He wins purely based on recruiting talent. In games, he's oddly passive bordering on submissive. -- nm
