were surprised that a couple 'johns' were busted with her in the past, none of them were charged with anything much less child abuse. its one of the reasons the pendulum has swung away from the permissiveness, the shrugging whaddaya gonna do.
the green river's youngest vic was 12 and several were 13-15, I think fully half were underaged.
