not so far fetched. a common way was to have some local teens bring girls to a bad ass party, so the potential vics sneak out of their house to go

with some slightly older teen, boy or girl. (and the major reason most such are considered runaways)
at the party the targets are separated and after that, abuse, drugs, gang rape, stockholm syndrome and you've got a codependent ho willing to do anything to avoid being punished.
