have him take care of her because she knows he wouldn't abandon her if she was really sick.
Right now none of us really know if it's an act, but we're really quite sure. But you can't just tell someone "you're not really sick", right?
This girl is so manipulative! Knowing that he's a nice guy and won't say no.
