and just to be clear, I loved seeing Jeter hit 3000, I watched the highlights several times.

It made me all tingly inside, because as a baseball fan, I can appreciate all he has done. I just wish that it was given equal time to one of baseball's best dudes, who is beloved by everyone who has come in contact with him.
And I watch Yankee games, I am a big Swisher fan, Tex is fantastic, and Granderson is having an MVP season. So I do not HATE the Yankees. I dislike the things they do organizationally, and I hate the coverage that follows them around like they are on of the only 3 teams in baseball.
