if it's "ground surface water" - ie. water coming in from outside due to flooding - most often excluded - if you have water back up through sewer &

drains, or a flood from washing machine malfunction, or flood from frozen pipes that burst - ie. other source of the water that "ground surface water" - there can be coverage for the damage.
