I totally agree with 1-3. 4 is true, but I don't blame him for lashing out.

He should ignore those he doesn't like, but those folks could ignore him too. if they don't, I can see why he doesn't. It's fair game both ways.

As for 5, I guess. I never put any pattern on his behavior. Different folks interact differently, I don't see that as an issue at all.

JMO.
