One and done playoffs are an awful way of finding the best team

They make the most money, but they do the worst job of finding a champ. So arguing 16 kills it and 12 is okay doesn't make sense to me. The other leagues with their "boring" playoffs are the ones that really find the best teams.
If they really wanted to find the best team they'd take the top 2 and have them play 2 out of 3. Pats would have another ring on their finger if that was the case.
