Yeah...but you can't always move in the next day. Without knowing the situation, it wouldn't surprise me to see a move-in date of Oct 1.

At which point...do you boot her ass for the month? Or just live through it til she moves out?

While I haven't agreed with much Cappy has said for the last couple weeks or so...I can see how this situation comes up.
