she's never run before, so it was a surprise that she decided to take this on.

she's had problems with her knees that set back her training, but he's overcome those and is getting back on track.

if any of you all would consider making a donation to the cause, it would be extremely appreciated.

(is this gauche to pitch a significant other's fundraising efforts? if it is, sorry...couldn't remember if there's a precedent.)
