i think he's looking to tune the room..

but more explanation can help. you can do a full room tune with a white noise generator, test mic, and SMAART software that tells you how to get a flat EQ.

easiest though, play some John Mayer - very clean EQ, non-auto tuned, and tune it until it sounds right. You can tune the room any way you want, but tune it with music styles that will be played back in the room.... don't tune a church with Hip Hop.
