measurement mic with a spectral analyzer will do it, but you have to be smart about interpreting what you see.

flat EQ is nice, but you probably want some boosts.

if you're having feedback issues, easiest way to remedy that is to put the mics on stands, empty the room, and crank the gain until each feeds back - won't take you long to find the trouble frequencies per mic.

room-wise, you want something that's probably beefier on the low end, with a little boost around 3 - 7kHz... depends on the loudspeakers though, whether you have a crossover or subs on an aux, etc.
