there are various leashes that work on pulling their nose, or pinching their neck

since I have sled pulling dogs, a vet suggested (even though they don't really like them) a training collar which is a pinch collar with spikes that dig into the neck, its a U (as opposed to a closed O, so it can't close beyond what you set it so you can't hurt the critter)
but what I find is that, give them a 20 foot lead and they have enough room to move and they don't pull so much.
