Not according to HR, i can only carry her if she lives with me and is my domestic partner or wife. I am ok this means I can

drop my life insurance (70 amonth private and 60 amonth work) take her off health care and then that saves me around 250 a month and once settlement comes I will clear up about another 500-600 in payments
