maybe it's some kind of context thing? it can get bad here sometimes, but the worst heat/humidity combo. I've ever had to endure was New Hope one

summer visit. "that by which all humidity is measured."
and most oven-like was phoenix, on some record-setting days, during a trip when I was a teenager. crazy hot, even vs. palm springs, where I'd spent more time.
