I think I've told you all about the stray kitten we rescued 2-3 months ago. Well after ~$1500 in vet bills, she has recovered. How does she repay me?

Last night she was tearing around the house in full spaz mode. She bounded up the sofa where I was laying, using my face briefly as a launching pad to some surface behind me. And for those who don't know, when cats jump they use their claws. I now look like someone who learned the hard way that no means no.

As an aside, no one at work mentioned the scratches all over my face. Either they don't actually look at me or they aren't surprised to see me with my face clawed up.

I'm not sure which I prefer.
