In response to "About my take on it, and throughout his administration, a man who seemed removed from many situations. Not on top of things so to speak. -- nm" by budice

This was illustrated so well in a special on MSNBC this weekend, where Bush is interviewed about 9/11 and its aftermath. He says the most nerve

wracking moment of his presidency was when he threw out the first pitch at the Mets' game. He felt a lot of pressure not to bounce it to the plate. Really? He sent people to war, he talked to the families of those who died in those wars, all of 9/11 and the most nervewracking moment was throwing out the first pitch?
