In response to "wait. 166 times 36 is $5976. six grand? it costs you six grand to reset a bedroom? I hope the sex is good. -- nm" by HPV McGee

What we filled the house with back in the day:

Large couch, large chair, lamp, table automan, giant dinning room table, 6 chairs, and some other random stuff was about 4000. I have one payment left. That payment was like 166 a month.

Basically I will trade a 166 payment for 36 just to replace the bed. 36 a month for 18 months works for me for a bed.

Divorcing will save me the following:
60 a month in toll charges
300 a month in car payment
300 a month in healthcare costs
130 a month for her credit card
240 a month in her fuel costs
15 a month on a small card
plus the 166 I save on the furniture being paid off

I am going to take 36 of that 1045 in savings to get a freaking bed. I am not going to refurnish my house.

That means 1000 a month I can pour into other bills
After I settle I will clear off a card that frees up another 300
a card that frees up 200
and a card that frees up 50

In the end I am left with the 2 cars (shes paying for one) the 2 houses a 210 a month student loan and one credit card with 6500 to pay down. I can see this time next year being debt free except the
student loan, houses and cars and I could pay may car off in like 6 more months atfer that

I do listen, I have tried to plan correctly, but I do want something I can sleep on and buying a bed from criagslist is gross
