Well I do get all the equity in the house, what there is of it. The nice thing is she is taking

all teh stuff she did TO the house with her. So a mattress, fream and box spring and some new sheets, yes is a small price to pay to feel reset.
And someday I would like to bring someone to my house and would rather not ask them to sleep on my old marriage bed - that just seems wrong to me
No idea what that might be but I like to plan
