LYC, I just checked my spreadsheet. I've spent $14500 on oil/tires/paint/parts/inspection - all non-fuel - on my Maxima in the last 8 years.

The last few thousand should cover the next five years, so I expect to be able to say "16,000 over 13 years of ownership".

not including purchase, loan interest, and fuel.
