but I personally know who can help me - cause as in this case and most cases - I talked to that person before

If I say, Bob, they do not need to tell me - you mean Randy - no - I meant Bob.
it happens a lot and it twists me off.
Its not that they ask what its about - that fairly standard but its like they take the 2nd thing I say the regarding part and disregard the 1st part - which is the person I was calling to talk to and I gave her that information - she solicited the 2nd part and went off that - see?
it's maddening. I think you mean a different scenerio
