2 is comfort laughs
3 is hit or miss, but when it hits, it's heeee-sterical
4 is less hit now, but see #3.
5 is a guilty pleasure now

Parks and Rec is just on the cusp and could move 30 Rock out easily. It recovered nicely from the weak season 1, and I'm just now coming back to it.
