Don't watch Parks and Rec. I don't dislike it, I just tried to watch the first season and didn't get into it, and haven't spent the time to try and catch back up. So my ranking would be on the bottom half from the first few episodes -experience.
For new shows, I'd rank them in order of interest:
The New Girl - Watched the sneak on TiVo. I liked it enough. It's Happy Endings-esque, but with one girl.
Whitney - I don't want to like her, but some spots from the previews are pretty funny.
Suburgatory sounds interesting, but I'll probably forget to Tivo it and it'll get cancelled before I even watch an episode.
