Yup. The Falcons have a grading system where they evaluate character in two ways. He was an FF.

One is for on the field and the other is for off the field.
Incognito almost caused another NFL draft pick he barely knew, Chris Canty, to lose an eye. Incognito was a drunk jerk at a bar and Canty took glass shards to the eye trying to keep him from getting killed. He stepped in the way of a beer bottle meant for Incognito.
