STIS: I should know this, but I don't.. my home antenna is complete crap - channels spotty, don't get many.

I got the flat, square RCA antenna with a power booster.. it's crap. doesn't matter how i orientate it, doesn't work well.. couldn't get any football on Sunday :(

what does ST recommend?
