OK well thanks to your advice I think this might be good for me...

Last night we were having a very stupid arguement, me and cass. Well mostly stupid because she doesnt listen. Shes afraid I will stick her with the whole big car payment at some point, but doesnt realize that I am on the loan alone.

SO taking from you all I offerd the following: I will keep the big car A6, and I will give her my car. It only has about 2000 in negative equity. With where I work I can likely find her a car she would like that we could roll maybe 1000 into and I can cough up 1000 to get her into her own car and her own loan and we can part financially - totally.

The guys here will be able to find her something that fits her budget and she can do it all on her own.

I think this is good, and like some of you said 1000-2000 of my own money to totally get the finances seperate and not have to carry special insurance would be a good bargain...right?
