mel, i haven't looked at the data released today by the census myself, but it must have some broken out by income....

mostly what i've seen is just what david wessel is tweeting as he goes through it, but he did mention stuff like the poverty rate for children (22%) and that the best off 5% of households were good for 21% of income, so some of it must be broken down by income.
