In response to "yep, right click-> sort (in excel 2007) -- nm" by decline

sadly it won't let me sort it the way I need too :(

I have a large list of names, I have this further broken down by the Opcos they work in and then detailed info on their expense reports (meals, mileage, other, total etc)

I need to sort by Opco and by Total Amount

But it won't let me sort it that way and just keeps the info sorted in the overall total (all the Opcos) rather than sorting by the new worksheet I create with just one Opco out of the 4.
