was there too, so I took my lunch to the staff room. Came back, they were gone, so my boss could tell me what they knew.

Multiple positive hits, including two customers. (!!) Chairs have been removed, not sure how many, including plain wooden chairs.

The worst news: some hits in the bookshelves themselves, including reference stuff. That shelf is near where the first infested chair was found.
