I'm bothered by the idea of electronic tracking. I accept that a cop can tail me. I object to a device attached to my property used to track me.

I've read about this case. The cops originally had a warrant but failed to use it in the designated location and time-frame. So now they're saying "no privacy" because they put the GPS on the car anyway. Why was it "right" to get the warrant in the first place but also "right" not to care about the warrant later?
