I thought one of the great moments showing the narrowminded, "don't even consider any other ideas" moments from last night's debate was Herman Cain's

comment about what he would do to get the economy moving in his first 100 days. His response was that he would form a commission to look at all the regulations of each department of the government (starting with the EPA) to strip away the regulations that hurt businesses. And that commission would be solely made up by people whose businesses have been negatively impacted by regulations. Because of course regulations are random rules merely intended to frustrate and hinder business and serve no other interests. Of course the tea partiers ate it up. It was very telling.
