McNabb did only have 1 turnover and 2 sacks. Collins had 2 turnovers and 3 sacks. I can buy Collins being below McNabb. And McNabb was certainly better than the QB who was sacked 4 times and had 5 turnovers. But I don't think any of the others were worse.
