I would think "thawed" means "room temperature?"

mine are still mostly frozen by the time I cook them, but in the fridge for 5 or 6 hours of course they're not 100% frozen anymore.

yeah. I'm sure if they're in the fridge they're fine. I think that recommendatino is a CYA thing. -- nm
