The issue I have is all the loopholes and outs that people richer than I am can find. But at a fixed flat rate the country income would be somewhat predictable and better planned for.

But I also think Social security retirement date shgoiuld be recalculated by the same system they used to create it. Avg USA citizen life span +3 years or something along those lines.

I also think if you are on welfare you should be on some kind of automated and required birthcontrol
