if the tax burden got out of have, then they are not great businessman, its freaking easy to manage

and undercut business taxes.
maybe they didnt get the help they needed to deal with this, a lot of people dont, because they think it costs too much.
but considering it usually costs less than then taxes they would have to pay without it, they wise up.
its why there are so many tax practice accounting firms.
