I understand what Capstern is trying to say.....the return on investment in creating a job for these people is poor due to government interference....

They can make more money by simply parking it into something safer.
I dont fully agree with it but for many clients I deal with they do complain that the government is too involved in their business and its not worth it to start or run a business. And its the mom and pop small businesses that I mostly deal with.
