It isnt a popular thought but greowing up in CA and seeing so many people being baby factories as their JOB

still irritates me. I dont think people who abuse the system in this way should be able to work the system this way.
I used to work for the health and human services department in my home town county and well I saw more of this than I ever thought was possible. I would hear people talking in the lobby about how the kids were their meal ticket.
You cant say they cant get welfare for the new kids as thats not fair to the children so the best stop gap would be to prevent the birth of extra children and adding a strain to the system.
