Yes. He has a new restaurant called "Next". It changes menus once a quarter and each menu represents a sort of famous moment in culinary history.

And it's not just the menu. They completely redo the restaurant to reflect the period. For instance, the first one was early 1900's paris. All of the china came from the period, they decorated the restaurant that way, etc. Then they close for a little while and redo the whole thing. It's pretty crazy. Interestingly rather than taking reservations, they sell tickets. The tickets are non-refundable (basically he says that their margins are just not big enough to let them have empty tables for cancelled reservations). The tickets sell in minutes when they go on sale and predictably there's a secondary market for them.
