Kimbrel had gotten the 27th out on a weak ground ball.

You're right that they've been used a lot and look a bit tired but it wasn't until after Chipper choked that Kimbrel lost his cool. He almost hit Infante on the pitch before the homer, which I guess was the better option in hindsight.
