In response to "the " before/after" aspect of it, sucks me in every time - I look at the ingredients and I go - " no way, they can't do it" and they do. In beautiful " by Epiphany

I like that part - the quick-thinking and creativity can be terrific. it's just the overall tone that doesn't sit well with me.

"sweet genius" is similar, in part, but clearly not taking itself so seriously.

(the baskets thing comes from non-tv chefs competitions - I wish they'd televise those more often.)
